YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and lead an Industrial Engineering team for structured management of production data in IT systems.
- Coordinate team resources in collaboration with Process Engineers and production leaders.
- Define processes and methodologies for time studies, work instructions, and BOMs, ensuring ERP system documentation and compliance.
- Oversee central governance and control of ERP master data.
- Manage the implementation of Engineering Change Requests and production changes in ERP- and MES-Systems.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of production experience, preferably in automotive or serial manufacturing.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production preparation.
- Minimum 5 years of ERP system experience, particularly in master data management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to details. Previous leadership experience preferred.
- German, Italian and English are required.
