Global CRM & Marketing Automation Expert (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Oversee the organization's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation processes and CRM functionalities to better meet business objectives
- Identify relevant insights for the team and for the different stakeholders in the field of Marketing Automation and share them in a clear, concise and visual way
- Coordinate external resources\agencies
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Computer Sciences or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of CRM and Marketing Automation
- Analytical and digital technology interest, excellent communication skills, process-oriented way of thinking, and project management experience
- CRM and integration experience, Salesforce ecosystem or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge are recommended
- Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
