YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop service equipment to enable efficient repairs for both new and existing products
- Develop and maintain spare parts Bill of Materials (BOM), incorporating all necessary updates and instructions to guarantee accuracy and completeness
- Analyze historical data and collaborate with logistics and operations teams to forecast spare parts and tooling requirements
- Optimize spare parts costs to achieve effective resource utilization and reduce operational expenses

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
- Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
- Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
- Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls
- Diagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation
- Guide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities
- Manage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality
