YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, improve and maintain the overall charging functions of existing and future product lines
- Successfully implement EV communication interfaces and maintain the code base for various charging standards (MCS, CCS, NACS, GB/T, CHAdeMO and AC)
- Implement feature requests and interoperability improvements
- Perform code reviews and root cause analysis of field issues
- Accompany interoperability and conformance tests

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consolidate normative and stakeholder requirements for charging cables and cooling units into the System Requirements Documents
- Document the integration of the charging cables into the overall System Architecture and be the reference person within R&D for all related questions
- Lead and monitor the qualification process of charging cables for existing and new products from prototype testing to introduction in the serial production
- Create models and lead the implementation for the functions related to the operation of the charging cables and cooling units
- Keep track of the latest technical developments and advances for charging cables and cooling units
- Lead the communication and exchange towards the suppliers of the subsystems (charging cables and cooling units)
- Be the contact person within the company for all high level questions on charging cables and cooling units (especially for R&D, quality dept and production)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicit and document software requirements based on customer needs, industry standards and internal product strategies
- Collaborate closely with product management, system architects, hardware engineers and software developers
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle
- Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, unambiguous and testable software specifications
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of system and software architecture
- Review and validate requirements with cross-functional teams and customers
- Ensure compliance with ISO 15118, OCPP and other relevant EV charging standards
- Support risk assessments, impact analyses and change management processes

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools
- Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
- Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
- Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of subsystems involving human-machine interfaces (e.g. displays and input/output interfaces) and communication devices (e.g. PLC modems and radio equipment)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for component and subsystem suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HMIs and communication subsystems into the overall charging solution
- Support validation planning and evaluate results to verify system functionality and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and assess the latest advancements in key technologies and components to drive continuous improvement and innovation

- Definition von Depotlösungen für Nutzfahrzeugkunden, mit besonderem Augenmerk darauf, wie Alpitronic-Produkte in verschiedenen Standortlayouts implementiert werden können
- Aktive Zusammerarbeit bei der Definition des Produktportfolios für Ladelösungen für Nutzfahrzeug
- Beitrag zum Angebotszyklus auf der Grundlage strategischer Anforderungen und der entsprechenden technischen und kommerziellen Ausrichtung, Teilnahme an Diskussionen über die Verkaufsstrategie für CV-Ladekunden
- Analyse der Installationsanforderungen, wie z. B. Grid connections, Layouts und Setups, sowie Vorschläge für eine technische Ad-hoc-Architektur und Lösungen
- Unterstützung relevanter Pilotprojekte, insbesondere bei der Einführung neuer Produktkonzepte oder Layouts
- Teilnahme an Kundentreffen und Fachmessen als technische Ressource für CV-Ladelösungen
