- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau internationales Recruiting
- Aufbau von Recruitingpartnern im Ausland
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
- Erstselektion, Führen von Interviews und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften
- Employer Branding & Personalmarketing
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung von Employer‑Branding‑Maßnahmen aus unserem EB Projekt
- Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Inhalte für unsere Karriere-Seite & Jobplattformen
- Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Teilnahme an Karrieremessen, Führungen und Schulkooperationen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of a holistic recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for Alpitronic
- Conducting interviews and selection procedures to ensure qualified candidates are hired
- Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards and networks
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and technical departments to understand requirements for open positions and optimise the application process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, universities and other educational institutions to establish a talent pool
- Conducting employer branding activities, such as recruitment events, career fairs and company visits, to position the company as an attractive employer
- Analysing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and identify opportunities for improvement
