The Loacker New Channels team is looking for a person passionate in eCommerce and digitalization, eager to nurture social and technical skills together with us, promoting the marketing and sales growth on Marketplaces, Flash sales and other digital channels for the Italian market.
Digital Account Manager (w/m/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Managing Marketplaces and Pure Players, defining product ranges, promotional plan, optimizing revenues, rotations, and conciliating the strategy within the Italian market
- Monitoring the digital business landscape to plan and execute a development roadmap of new digital players and channels
- Identify and prioritize new players, becoming the account of their business growth
- Strategic planning of Marketing and ADV Flash Sales campaigns on the relative third-party platforms, supported from the digital Italian team
- Ensure on time and qualitative execution of the marketing and promotional plan of the portfolio assigned
- Supporting the sales workforce on the digitalization of GDO clients
- Implementation of successful digital partnerships to reach short and long term objectives
- KPI’s analysis and insight generation from the different channels (Modern and Traditional channels, Seasonals…), supporting the Italian team and the Global Marketing Team
- Occasional travels
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in economics, Business management and/or marketing. A master in digital marketing represents an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or at least experience with Amazon and in E-Commerce teams
- Significant experience on the digital business execution in medium/ larger companies
- Ability to develop and analyze financial / business data
- Experience in a digital agency and/or with GDO online players represents an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Strong communication skills: empathic and collaborative person with good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
