- Monitor and troubleshoot software performance and functionality on test systems
- Investigate, diagnose, and independently resolve smaller software-related problems
- Act as the first point of contact for test system software users
- Support users with guidance and documentation on system usage and known issues
- Analyze test system data (e.g., error logs, test cycle times, performance KPIs) to identify trends and root causes
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or software anomalies from operational data
- Create structured and detailed change requests for larger software enhancements or bug fixes
- Maintain clear documentation on known issues, applied fixes, software versions, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and procedures for software changes and updates

- Full-Stack-Entwicklung: Entwerfen, programmieren, testen und bereitstellen von Features über den gesamten Anwendungs-Stack hinweg – mit Fokus auf hohe Performance und Qualität.
- Systemintegration: Entwicklung robuster Konsolenanwendungen und Services, die sich mit verschiedenen Drittanbietersystemen integrieren. Dafür ist die Fähigkeit wichtig, APIs zu nutzen und technische Dokumentationen sorgfältig zu analysieren.
- DevOps-Fokus: Arbeiten mit Docker in der Produktion und aktive Mitwirkung an der zukünftigen Einführung von Kubernetes sowie der Migration zu GitHub.
- Support und Qualität: Übernahme des Third-Level-Supports für unsere Anwendungen und Sicherstellung höchster Standards durch klare, hochwertige technische und Anwenderdokumentation.
