- Lead and oversee the Customer Quality & Methods team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic quality objectives
- Design and implement long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality
- Systematically monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiative
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and proactively foster quality enhancements
- Champion the application of advanced quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Support root cause analysis and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members on quality principles and customer engagement best practices
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality-related challenges and optimize internal processes

- Member-Begleitung und Beratung im Alltag: Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Fördercoach Memberkund*innen und begleitest sie entlang ihrer Reise: Onboarding, Zielklärung, Fortschritt und nächste Schritte. Du beantwortest Rückfragen zuverlässig und verbindlich und sorgst dafür, dass Kund*innen schnell Klarheit und Orientierung bekommen.
- Struktur und Fortschritt sicherstellen: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team aus Förderexpertinnen berätst du unsere Fördercoach Memberkund*innen bei der Planung ihrer individuellen Förderstrategie. Gemeinsam identifiziert und bewertet ihr relevante Förderpotenziale, setzt Prioritäten und übersetzt alles in eine klare Förder-Roadmap mit konkreten nächsten Schritten. Du stellst sicher, dass Maßnahmen, Unterlagen und Fristen sauber eingehalten werden, erkennst frühzeitig mögliche Blocker und steuerst proaktiv gegen, damit keine Förderchance liegen bleibt.
- Koordination und Schnittstelle zum Team: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen unseren Fördercoach Memberkund*innen und unseren Förderexpertinnen. Du sammelst Informationen, dokumentierst sauber und machst Übergaben klar. Du pflegst Status und To-dos in unseren Tools, damit jederzeit transparent ist, wo Kund*innen stehen.
- Qualität, Standards und Member Experience: Du erstellst und verbesserst Checklisten, Vorlagen und wiederverwendbare Antworten, damit die Kund*innenbetreuung effizient und einheitlich bleibt. Du sammelst Feedback aus der Praxis und leitest konkrete Verbesserungen ab.
- Reporting: Du trackst Basis-Kennzahlen und zeigst auf, wo wir nachschärfen müssen.
