YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain the ISMS, ensuring policies, controls, risks and evidence remain accurate, consistent and audit‑ready
- Translate risk assessments and treatment plans into structured, trackable work items in Jira, ensuring full traceability with IMS documentation
- Manage the lifecycle of security controls, including implementation, testing, remediation and exceptions
- Integrate the Information Security function into existing Jira/Confluence workflows, dashboards and templates
- Maintain controlled security documentation in the IMS and support internal and external audits
- Coordinate security intake processes, supplier assessments and access/asset governance activities
- Connect vulnerability and incident outputs to the ISMS and ensure findings drive updates to risks, controls and procedures
- Provide security guidance to engineering, IT and business teams, supported by live data and metrics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strengthen and further develop the organisation of the Charging Functions Software team
- Lead internal and external resources to ensure the right balance between operational control and effective delegation
- Manage hiring activities, employee development, training, coaching and mentoring
- Define, develop and monitor the technical product roadmap for charging functions and firmware, aligning it with the overall product strategy
- Align regulatory, standardisation and customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in processes, methodologies and development practices to enhance efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address technical enquiries and resolve issues in the field
- Support technical decision-making and contribute to strategic product development initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in the development of embedded software and firmware

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate cybersecurity activities across cybersecurity, engineering, certification, and project teams to ensure timely execution and alignment of objectives
- Manage day-to-day product cybersecurity activities, including security analyses, penetration testing, security validation, and certification readiness
- Coordinate vulnerability management activities across development teams, ensuring rapid response, remediation tracking, and continuous follow-up
- Monitor cybersecurity status, remediation progress, risks, delays, and critical issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Support and coordinate security event analysis and incident investigation activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, governance, and operational effectiveness
- Support compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and certification requirements for connected products

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and prioritize the CHRO's calendar, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with strategic priorities
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, including documentation of key outcomes and action tracking
- Act as a central point of coordination between the CHRO, HR teams, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and support cross-functional HR projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved
- Maintain oversight of ongoing HR initiatives, identify dependencies, and proactively support project execution
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and initiatives through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration
