- Entwerfe, implementiere und verwalte skalierbare und sichere Cloud-Infrastrukturen (z.B. Azure)
- Automatisiere die Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Überwachung von Anwendungen und Diensten durch gängige DevOps-Praktiken
- Gewährleiste eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und Leistung unserer Anwendungen und Systeme
- Identifiziere und behebe Engpässen und Störungen in der Cloud-Infrastruktur
- Arbeite mit unseren Software Architekten zusammen, um Continuous Integration (CI) und Continuous Delivery (CD) zu gewährleisten
- Unterstütze bei der Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Compliance in der Cloud-Infrastruktur
- Unterstütze bei der Implementierung von Backup- und Wiederherstellungsstrategien

- Unterstützung unserer Vertriebsabteilung bei der technischen Beratung unserer Kunden

Tasks & responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain IT infrastructure, including operating systems in a Microsoft & Linux environment, with excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience (Windows), knowledge for Linux
- Virtualization: Configuration and management of ESX virtualization systems
- Server Administration: Perform server administration tasks and research event-log warnings and errors
- Technical Support: Assist the Service Desk with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Audits & Backups: Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backup
- Documentation: Draft and update documentation related to procedures and activities performed.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system administration
- Networking: Configure and manage networks using Aruba Networking technologies.
- Cloud Services and Collaboration: Manage cloud services with Microsoft Azure, administer Teams Phone and SharePoint.
- IT Projects: Participate in and lead IT projects to improve infrastructure efficiency and security

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and implement large-scale projects for cloud-based systems
- Planning, definition of requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance of the software development lifecycle for AWS solutions
- Identify, analyse and resolve infrastructure troubleshoot incidents and application deployment issues and implement preventative measures
- Provide guidance on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, through appropriate training
- Modernise and consolidate IT infrastructure and implement the best cloud-based solutions for the company, to ensure continued impact on growth
- Customise AWS applications to make the business more secure and efficient
- Monitoring the migration process of the new applications to the cloud so that it is seamless and in line with the organisation's operations
- Definition and documentation of the best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensure application and cloud environment performance, maintaining high standards and complying with company security policies

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Additional and further development of internal and external web applications in an agile development process
- Consulting to the specialised departments on the design of digital services
- Contact person for questions on individual software products within digitalisation projects
- Active promotion of best practices for high quality software development, including the Clean Code and SOLID principles, code reviews, TDD, etc.

- Entwicklung von Modellen für statistische Analysen, machine-learning oder künstliche Intelligenz (KI), um aussagekräftige insights und strategische Informationen zu gewinnen
- Entwicklung von Anwendungen, die auf generativer KI basieren, um die Arbeit effizienter zu gestalten
- Erstellung von Lösungen zur Visualisierung von Daten/Ergebnissen und zur Berichterstattung (z. B. Dashboards)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialisten, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und Möglichkeiten zur Nutzung von Daten zur Prozessverbesserung zu ermitteln
- Durchführung fortgeschrittener Datenanalysen zur Ermittlung signifikanter Trends, Muster und Korrelationen
- Effektive Kommunikation von Analyseergebnissen an die Entscheidungsträger im Unternehmen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams zur Integration von Modellen für machine-learning und analytischen Lösungen
