We are looking for a Business Continuity Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarter to further develop measures against company-relevant threats and to minimize their impact on the value creation and image of the corporate group.
WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU
- Coordination and ensuring the implementation of legal and internal requirements in the sense of a business continuity management system
- Maintenance, development and regulation of our company-wide processes in risk, emergency and crisis management for standardization
- Planning, management and further development of the protection of defined corporate risks as a professional contact person for insurance companies
- Performing control tasks and conducting tests as the basis for our improvement
- Advising and supporting executives on BCM topics
WHAT CONVINCES US
- Technical-scientific education in the field of BCM or industrial engineering
- Knowledge of relevant legal and normative provisions
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position preferred
- Integrity, willingness to learn, team and communication skills
- Cross-departmental, systematic and proactive working methods
- English, Italian and German language skills
