- Experience in the kitchen and a responsible division of labour

- Knowledge of merchandise management and control
- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Creativity and flexibility
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Very good product knowledge
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and/or English
Your duties
- Organize the breakfast buffet in cooperation with the second breakfast cook
- Ensure a smooth process, clean presentation during breakfast
- Responsible for the preparation of fresh egg dishes
- Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy in coordination with the Executive Chef
