Breakfast chef (f/m/d) from May 2024

To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Breakfast Chef (f/m/d) full-time.

• Experience in the kitchen and a responsible division of labour
• Independent operation
• Clean and organized way of working and friendly appearance
• Knowledge of merchandise management and control
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
• Creativity and flexibility
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Very good product knowledge
• Positive attitude and motivation
• Good knowledge of German, Italian and/or English

Your duties

• Organize the breakfast buffet in cooperation with the second breakfast cook
• Ensure a smooth process, clean presentation during breakfast
• Responsible for the preparation of fresh egg dishes
• Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy in coordination with the Executive Chef
