Das erwartet dich
- Du übernimmst die Systempflege und den Support von Kundensystemen im 1st und 2nd Level
- Du bist zuständig für die technische Analyse und Lösung der Kundenanfrage / Störungsmeldung
- Du verantwortest die Einrichtung und das Management von Kommunikationslösungen, On-Premises und Cloud, sowie Projektierung und Realisierung von innovativen Voice-over-IP-Projekten im Enterprise und Carrier Umfeld
- Du pflegst und dokumentierst Deine Tätigkeiten in unserem Ticketsystem
- Du erarbeitest und setzt kleinere Migrationsprojekte um
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Tickets in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen (m/w/d) aus den technischen Abteilungen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, develop, and optimise SAP Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure FI/CO modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP FI/CO implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP FI/CO-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, develop, and optimise SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business departments to analyze procurement, logistics and sales requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure MM/SD modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
- Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

- Abschluss eines dreijährigen Universitätsstudiums im Bereich Informatik oder Abschluss einer 5-jährigen Oberschule im informatischen Bereich und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT;
- Zwei- bzw. Dreisprachigkeitsnachweis B1 (ehem. Niveau C). WICHTIG: Am Auswahlverfahren können auch Bewerber/innen teilnehmen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Einreichung des Zulassungsantrags nicht im Besitz des Zweisprachigkeitsnachweises „B1“ (ex Niveau C) sind; nähere Informationen dazu finden Sie in beigelegter Bekanntgabe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall SAP system landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (e.g. ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO)
- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packages and patches, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
- Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal system operation
- Ensure regular system backups, system security and develop disaster recovery plans to maintain high availability and business continuity for critical systems
- Manage the SAP transport system and coordinate transports across the SAP landscape, ensuring smooth deployment of changes and updates in development, quality and production environments
- Administer SAP databases, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, backups and troubleshooting database-related issues (Oracle, HANA, etc.)
- Design and plan SAP system landscapes, including high availability, disaster recovery setups and cloud integrations, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Basis-related issues, including system outages, performance problems and configuration errors
- Use tools such as SAP Solution Manager to proactively monitor, alert and report on the health of SAP systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures and best practices
