Retail Product Specialist (w/m/d)
To strengthen our Retail team, we are looking for a Retail Product Specialist who will actively contribute to the further development of our Loacker Café concept.
You will be responsible for managing and developing the Loacker product assortment in our Loacker Cafés, contributing to an inspiring customer experience while ensuring business performance and profitability.
YOUR TASKS
- Define and manage the full product assortment (FMCG & gift products) in the Loacker Cafés
- Contribute to assortment strategy, pricing and promotional planning
- Develop merchandising concepts and ensure their implementation in stores
- Monitor performance and margins, identifying optimization potentials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations
- Support new product launches and communicate assortment changes to stakeholders
- Contribute to new store openings (assortment, first orders, retail input)
- Train Store Managers and shop staff, creating engaging product and selling stories
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration (focus on Marketing) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or product management, ideally in FMCG (food industry is a plus)
- Strong interest in brands, retail and consumer goods
- Experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical skills combined with a hands-on mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in German, Italian and English

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of 37.000€ (gross annual salary) for this position. The exact classification may be adjusted based on clearly defined, objective criteria such as professional experience, skill level, and the scope of responsibility required.
