YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define processes, forms, and work instructions related to fleet management
- Take responsibility for all company vehicles, including after-sales vans
- Identify changes in demand at an early stage and respond accordingly
- Coordinate maintenance, care, and repair activities for all vehicles
- Collaborate with the Indirect Purchasing team on vehicle procurement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High school diploma in a commercial field or equivalent education
- Previous professional experience in fleet management or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of commercial/administrative activities
- Ability to handle conflict and conduct negotiations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support others
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and Italian, with a good command of English
