Your talents
- Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
- Completed sommelier training
- Preferably experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- Passionate host and individual guest care
- Team spirit and willingness to help
- Open to new challenges and willing to constantly develop yourself further
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
Your tasks
- Guest service and advice on the sale of wines
- Compilation of wine lists in cooperation with the restaurant manager
- Maintaining the wine lists
- Carrying out wine and beverage training courses
- Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the service
