- Completed kitchen training
- At least two years of professional experience in the kitchen area in upscale patisserie
- Responsible work organization

- Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Creativity and flexibility
- Team player with strong communication skills

Your duties
- Management of assigned employees with the utmost care
- Preparation and cooking of desserts, bread, confectionery and pastries
- Smooth operation during service
- Imparting specialist knowledge to apprentices
- Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy
