As a documentation and translation office collaborator, you will be responsible for translating texts and managing internal language resources.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the creation, maintenance and update of documentation, manuals and technical documentation in various languages using SDL Trados Studio 2022 software (in German, Italian and English)
- Ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance with company standards in all documentation materials
- Editing and proofreading activities to ensure that all documents and translations meet the highest linguistic quality standards
- Translation of communication and media portals
- Interface with external translation agencies (including quality control of translations)
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure that translated content meets specific requirements and standards
Your profile
- Studies in the language field are an advantage
- Very good language skills in German, Italian and English
- Knowledge of a fourth language (preferably French or Spanish) is appreciated
- Excellent knowledge of SDL Trados Studio 2022 software is an advantage
- Experience of translations in the technical field is an advantage
- Strong organization and communication skills desired
