The Sales Manager is the main responsible for the excellent implementation of the Brand Sales Strategies in the assigned territory and aims to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting products. He/she accomplishes business development activities by implementing sales plans.

He/She guides a leading Brand Representative team towards the defined qualitative and quantitative Brand KPI´s in the assigned regions territory and handles personally the development of defined strategic accounts.

Main activities are:

  • Support the forecasting process by providing analysis of the developments of the orders according to the growth on the market
  • Analyze the structure of the collection and identifying needs for the Italian market
  • Implement Speedo strategy in the assigned market
  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
  • Develop the sales strategic plans and programs designed for growth and profitability in the assigned markets
  • Maintain direct relationships with key accounts and dealers
  • Coordinate the implementation of all trade concepts & levels
  • Coordinate the realization of POS-POP material
  • Promote assigned brands, organizing events and product exhibitions
  • Support and development of first class sales force and service level in the region
  • Open new business opportunities evaluating market trends and competitor activities and provide new revenue streams and market opportunities

Your profile:

  • 5+ years experience in sales position, preferably within a distribution company
  • Proactive, self-starter individual with natural leadership and communication skills
  • Operational, hands on mentality, the candidate is distinguished by high level of energy and a “can do” attitude
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing process
  • Strong customer focus and knowledge of consumer branding, communication and promotional techniques
  • Proven ability to lead/guide Sales Teams towards objectives
  • Strong commercial knowledge
  • Good numeric and negotiation skills
  • Must be available to travel frequently
  • Business English
