Your Main Responsibilities
- Support both the definition and execution of the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
- Foster innovation and identify opportunities for new digital solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and internal control standards
- Assess new digital initiatives for feasibility, business value, and impact
- Promote a digital mindset and drive change management and technology adoption
- Coordinate AI-related initiatives and oversee the AI Specialist
- Monitor and report on key KPIs (ROI, digitalization level, efficiency gains, tech adoption, budget adherence, customer satisfaction)
- Lead and coach Digital Transformation Business Partners across the organization
- Manage vendors and budgets in collaboration with Procurement and the PMO

Key Responsibilities
- Align Sales & Marketing digital initiatives with the overall Digital Transformation Strategy and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline end-to-end commercial processes (e.g., lead-to-order, order-to-cash, campaign execution, customer journey orchestration).
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget), ensuring strong collaboration with the PMO/Transformation Office and the Commercial Process & Project Manager.
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant Sales & Marketing applications (UAT coordination, first-level support, functional analysis).
- Maintain effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption across all involved teams.
- Support data governance for customer and commercial data (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Ensure secure data collaboration with external partners.
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, sustainability, and CSR guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the group-wide AI strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives
- Lead the development of the AI layer, including predictive maintenance, production optimization, anomaly detection, and autonomous scheduling
- Drive the development of the Production Knowledge Graph, leveraging sensor data across a growing installed base
- Establish and oversee AI governance standards across all business units (including model selection, vendor strategy, and responsible AI practices)
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and scalability
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing AI team
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on AI-related topics
