Your responsibilities:
- Design and Optimize Automation Workflows: Develop and refine end-to-end marketing automation processes to nurture leads and boost conversions.
- Plan and implement targeted email campaigns in close coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Customer Journey Mapping and Digital Experience Enhancement: Map and improve digital consumer journeys, integrating enhancements into existing tools and platforms.
- System Integration and Process Streamlining: Connect marketing automation and CRM systems with other business tools to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

Your responsibilities:
- Search Strategy, Implementation and Monitoring: Develop and refine an integrated global search strategy (SEM and SEO), supporting markets in the implementation and monitor performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular, in-depth reports on media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to measure campaign success.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, global scalability, and new growth opportunities based on global search trend analytics.
- Training and Trends Monitoring: Provide training sessions and resources to local teams to enhance their understanding of media.

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing mit Schwerpunkt auf Community Building und Online-Werbung
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Marketing-Funnels basierend auf datengetriebenen Strategien: Segmentierung, A/B-Tests und Conversion-Optimierung entlang des Funnels
- Operative Kenntnisse im Bereich Newsletter-Marketing, Funnel-Automation, CRM und Online-Werbung (Meta, Google)
- Analytisches Verständnis für Datenanalyse (Google Analytics, Social Insights, Wettbewerbs-Benchmarking)
- Kreativität, Ergebnisorientierung, Kundenbindung und Eigeninitiative
- Erfahrung im Community Building ist ein Plus
