To strengthen our Customer Service of our distributed brands we are looking for a new team member. The customer service takes care of retailers and clients from the order through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service. Customer Service will check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status till final delivery.

Being the main “day to day” contact for retailers and customers, you are responsible to manage their requests, involving for resolution the correct people into the organization. You work closely with the Sales Manager and support the Sales Representatives in the order management.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage all retailers’ and customers’ requests through telephone and mail
  • Act as a first level support for issues and general requests about products and brands
  • Guarantee high quality standards of service towards customers and retailers
  • Be responsible for a quick and professional processing of the customers’ orders

Your profile:
University graduate or first experience within the Customer Service field

  • Very good knowledge of the German and Italian language, good English
  • Passionate about skiing
  • Customer oriented and teamplayer
  • Reliability, organization and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills

The office is located in our headquarters in Bolzano, Italy.
