- Du besuchst regelmäßig die Stores deiner Area, optimierst Abläufe und stellst sicher, dass Visual Merchandising, Produktverfügbarkeit und Lagerhaltung auf höchstem Niveau sind.
- Du unterstützt die lokale Umsetzung von Marketing- und CRM-Maßnahmen
- Du bist das Gesicht von Luis Trenker in Deiner Region: präsent bei lokalen Events, Partnerschaften und Kooperationen (z. B. mit Hotels).
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head Office zusammen, nimmst an regelmäßigen Meetings teil und setzt unsere langfristigen Strategien im Retail um.

Brands of Oberalp-Group
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials
- Support the e-commerce & digital marketing team in the task and content management of the blog, banners
- Assist in organising & managing photo shootings, country-specific communication, events, content creation, translations, etc.
- Support the management of our athletes and brand ambassador program
- Help to design and work on clear, engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include marketing/communication brochures, website and social media graphics, posters & flyers, and other marketing materials as needed
- Help to create social network activities & social network campaigns
- Help with daily operational tasks like shipments, product preparations, etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design a comprehensive employer branding action plan that aligns with Alpitronic’s strategic business and HR goals
- Act as a central point of contact for all employer branding activities, ensuring close collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure consistent messaging, shared ownership of the employer brand, and the integration of branding efforts into broader business and people strategies
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to enhance Alpitronic’s visibility and consistency across all talent touchpoints, including job platforms, career website and landing pages, LinkedIn and other social media channels and employer review platforms
- Identify and empower employees who embody Alpitronic’s values to act as brand ambassadors, by developing engagement formats such as ambassador programs, internal campaigns and storytelling workshops
