- Technical ownership of ERP end-to-end Sales processes with a omnichannel focus and of EDI integration solutions
- Define, approve and test software development activities with internal developers and external vendors, ensuring proper implementation of requirements
- Configuration of ERP and related systems based on business needs (strong technical understanding required; coding experience not strictly required)
- Analysis of technical requirements, functional specifications, and integration needs
- Configure EDI messages acording to customers requirement for data exchange (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, X12)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of integration flows between ERP, middleware and external systems
- Contribution to the definition of solutions and create technical and functional documentation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Data Analysis & Science team, as a key part of company’s global R&D
- Draw and deploy an innovative and futuristic vision of big data utilization in EVSE industry
- Manage, fertilize and support the definition and implementation of uses cases for all internal data analysis & science applications
- Develop algorithms and data models using deep learning techniques, identifying trends and correlations between charging variables
- Deploy AI tools to supervise and improve chargers fleet’s performances and reliability
- Implement relevant HMIs & BIs, providing a company cross-functional support
- Identify & deploy new development areas to optimize the production process (EOL)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop APIs using Python (e. g. FastAPI) for data access and integration
- Ensure data quality, performance optimisation and security
- Knowledge in NoSQL-based databases
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable data-driven decisions
- Maintain and document data architecture and best practices
