To strengthen our Customer Service of our distributed brands we are looking for a new team member. The customer service takes care of retailers and clients from the order through the coordination of the delivery to the after-sales service. Customer Service will check orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and will track the status till final delivery.
Being the main “day to day” contact for retailers and customers, you are responsible to manage their requests, involving for resolution the correct people into the organization. You work closely with the Sales Manager and support the Sales Representatives in the order management.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
University graduate or first experience within the Customer Service field
The office is located in our headquarters in Bolzano, Italy.
