Your talents

• Successfully completed a kitchen education
• At least two years of professional experience in the kitchen sector in the upscale hotel and gastronomy sector
• Experience in all aspects of the kitchen as well as a responsible division of labour
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Clean and organised way of working
• Organisational talent
• Staff management
• Knowledge of merchandise management and control
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
• Creativity and flexibility
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Very good product knowledge

• Good knowledge of German or Italian and English

Your duties

• Management of the assigned kitchen post
• Management of the assigned employees with the greatest care
• Smooth operation during service
• Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards specified by the company and chef
• Compliance with No-Waste principle
• Monitoring the stock and receipt of goods
• Further development of the FORESTIS kitchen philosophy in coordination with the Executive Chef
