Chef de Rang (f/m/d)

To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (f/m/d) full-time.

Your talents

• Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
• Experience in the upscale hotel business or gastronomy
• Passionate host and respond individually to our guests
• Team spirit and helpfulness
• Open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further
• Knowledge of wine is mandatory
• Good German, Italian and English language skills

Your duties

• Responsibility for the preparation and execution of the food and beverage service
• Responsibility for leadership in your rank
• Coordination of the work processes in your rank and are responsible for the smooth running of the service
• Handling of guest requests in a professional and at the same time polite way
• Advice on culinary questions from our guests
