Are you a customer-oriented professional seeking a new and exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? Amus Chalets Dolomites is currently looking for a motivated and friendly receptionist to join our welcoming team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate reservations and handle the booking system.
• Provide detailed information about the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry or front office roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of hotel management software and basic computer skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
